DGS realigns shareholding

JAKARTA (JP): PT Hasilnusa Buana has bought from PT Hasil Samudera Laut 92,975,040 shares in publicly listed PT Daya Guna Samudera (DGS) for Rp 5,000 per share through a cross transaction in the Surabaya Stock Exchange.

Both PT Hasilnusa Buana and PT Hasil Samudera Laut are owned by the Burhan Uray family.

Daya Guna Samudera's president Anwar Pulukadang said yesterday that the transaction was made to simplify the founders' share ownership of PT Daya Guna Samudera fishing company.

Anwar said that the transaction, which gave PT Hasilnusa Buana a 51 percent equity stake in PT Daya Guna Samudera, did not sell any shares to outsiders.

PT Hasilnusa Buana is 100 percent owned by the Burhan Uray family, the founder and owner of the diversified Djajanti Group. (aly)
