Developer's negligence

I would like to appeal to the top management of PT
Muliasentosa Dinamika, as the developer of housing at Lippo
Karawaci, and to Lippo Group for their negligence of the rights
of customers like me. I am very disappointed by an act of the
developer, who changed what was specified in their brochure. I
can accept the explanation by the state manager in their letter
of July 20. But the fact at the development site tells a
different story. One of two windows located at the back wall
(corner) of the first story of this house is still missing.

The main reason I purchased my house was the good quality of
the houses and the infrastructure. The good name of Lippo Group
is at stake here if you fail to pay attention to this matter. We
have paid for the house. We demand what you have offered. It is
business ethics. Moreover, please bear in mind that the most
effective promotion is word-of-mouth.
