DEATH TOLL

Correction: The article At least 1,041 killed in Aceh in first
two weeks of the year in Wednesday's newspaper was incorrect. The
quoted death toll was for the period from Jan. 1, 2000, to Jan.
15, 2001, not for the first two weeks of the year. We apologize
for the error.
