Davomas bonus shares

JAKARTA (JP): PT Davomas Abadi announced yesterday that it would spilt stocks and distribute bonus shares and dividends.

The company said in a statement that its shareholders had agreed to the plan to split the company's stocks and issue bonus shares, which will be taken from the capitalization of its agio shares.

For every 50 shares, the holder will get 43 bonus shares.

The stock split and bonus share issuance will quadruple the number of Davomas's listed shares from its present level of 17.5 million.

The company announced that it would distribute dividends of Rp 493 (21 U.S. cents) per share. (rid)
