Record: * While he was undergoing the selection hearing for the Supreme Court post in 2000, Syamsuhadi said that he had been offered bribes on several occasions, but had never accepted them and that he was a loyal and faithful husband. * Several colleagues say that Syamsuhadi only masters religious affairs although he is also known as an intellectual. He is known for his modesty and has moderate managerial skills.
