Danny upsets Edhi in chess tournament

JAKARTA (JP): IM Danny Juswanto had his biggest ever upset
Saturday when he beat GM Edhi Handoko at the Bali Jeff-RCA
Grandmaster Chess Tournament.

Danny forced Edhi to checkmate in the 50th move of his King
Indian opening. The win gave Danny 4.5 victory points: 0.5 VP
against Edhi and 5.0 VP.

Both Danny and Edhi possessed a King, one bishop and two
pawns. Danny then changed one of the pawns to a castle and
pressed Edhi to checkmate. NM Hamdani Rudin suffered his first
defeat in the hands of counterpart GM Ardiansyah at the
