Danar Hadi's 13th boutique

BANDUNG: Batik manufacturer PT Batik Danar Hadi opened its
13th boutique on Jl. Buah Batu here on Tuesday with a fashion
show displaying the works of well-known designers Ghea Panggabean
and Stefanus Hamy.

"We expect that the boutique will not only widen our
distribution network but also make batik more popular among the
public," Syamsidar Isa, the company's Promotion and Public
Relations Manager, said.

He said customers would get a 15 percent discount on all
products sold in the new boutique.

The company established its first boutique in 1975 and has
opened 39 outlets throughout the country. It also sells a wide
range of household equipment and souvenirs. (25/lup)
