I, together with thousands of other road users, deplore the
extremely bad condition of Jl. Raya Bogor. The holes that are
gaping on the Kramat Jati section of the road are a real nuisance
to motorists. Potholes are also found on other sections of the
road. Some of the potholes are deep enough to damage vehicles.
The horrible condition of the road makes traffic jams
unavoidable.

The damage at the Lapan and Cibubur intersections is bad
enough to make the vehicles veer to the left and to the right.
Farther south, the road is so bumpy that it causes passengers to
feel nauseous. The most dangerous is the Pasar Cisalak section.
Drivers must be extremely careful if they do not want their cars
to overturn. The remainder of the road is by no means better.

I request that the Public Works Minister inspect the road.
