Credit cards and SEA Games funds

Can Satelindo please explain how it can lawfully deduct SEA
Games funds from credit cards of their customers without their
consent?

I did not and will not give Satelindo authority to debit my
card for the SEA Games.

In the Western world this conduct would be considered
unlawful, if not blatant theft.
