CPO benchmark unchanged

JAKARTA (JP): The Ministry of Industry and Trade has decided to retain the export benchmark prices for palm oil and its derivatives, including crude palm oil (CPO), for the Aug. 1 to Aug. 31 period.

Director General of Foreign Trade Djoko Moeljono said export benchmark prices for CPO would be maintained at US$120 per ton, while those for palm fruit bunches, refined bleached deodorized palm oil, crude olein and refined bleached deodorized palm olein would be continued at between $25 and $165 per metric ton, Antara reported.

Indonesia's total CPO exports totaled over one million tons worth $445.9 million in the first semester of this year. (10)
