There is a mistake in my July 30 article Time to rejuvenate
court's image, on page 4, in the eighth column, point c.

The sentence: "The Executive shall have the power to close
down or suspend the operation of the courts," should be: "The
Executive shall not have the power to close down or suspend the
operation of the courts." The error was purely mine. I regret the
mistake and the inconvenience caused.
