Environmentalist Benny Tunggul on Monday, reported to the council that the mayoralty administration had taken over the plot of land for the project, which was under the jurisdiction of Bekasi regency.

Moreover, he was quoted as saying by Tempointeraktif.com, the mayoralty issued the building permit before conducting a feasibility study on the project. The land is in the water catchment area in Karang Kitri, Benny added.
