Contemporary ceramic display

JAKARTA (JP): Contemporary ceramics will be on display at the Ministry of Education and Culture's Gedung Seni Rupa in Gambir, Central Jakarta from today until April 28.

The display of one hundred works by P. Liem Keng Sien, 43, will be opened by the Directorate General of Culture Edi Sedyawati.

Liem told Antara last week that he wanted to be a mediator between businessman and artists.

Liem studied interior design in Brussels from 1976 until 1980, and studied ceramics in Leuven, also Belgium, from 1979 until 1982. (13)
