Congestion near Pasar Rebo

I left my home in Depok at 7.30 a.m. the other day and had to
endure a traffic snarl at Pasar Rebo that began at Gang Suci,
Cijantung, in East Jakarta.

For long excruciating minutes, vehicles had to wait before the
traffic moved up to the Pasar Rebo traffic light as the green
light allows passage to only a few vehicles.

The road has not been this jammed before, even when the artery
road was being constructed. People grumble everyday as they
arrive very late at their destinations.

I beg the concerned ministry to give attention to balanced
timing of traffic lights. As it is now, traffic snarls are
growing longer and our time is wasted in these jams.
