Condom machines in toilets

BUSAN, South Korea: The South Korean people seem to be more open about their sexual activities despite being influenced by conservative Confucianism and Buddhism values.

Condom vending machines are quite easy to find at restrooms in several subway stations, especially those with a high population of young people.

They are available, for example, at Haeundae and Pukyong University subway stations. There are two types of condoms provided.

The plain ones cost 500 won (41 U.S. cents) and the corrugated ones are sold at 1,000 won each.--JP
