City's population data out of date

It is now time for the Jakarta administration to improve its
population data. In particular, family cards should be updated
because many family members have died or moved to other places.

Due to the existence of inaccurate population data, in
previous presidential elections, quite a few Jakarta residents
could go to three or four polling stations as they had three or
four voter cards, or used dead people's cards.
