City receives ISO certificate

JAKARTA (JP): Two of the city's 43 district offices received
on Wednesday ISO 9002 certificate for their quality services.

The certificates were handed over by German-based TUV
International Indonesia to Governor Sutiyoso in a ceremony held
at the Duren Sawit district office, East Jakarta.

"The certification proves that quality management of our
public service has met international standards. I hope the
achievement will motivate other districts," said Sutiyoso.

The ISO 9002 certificates were rewarded to Duren Sawit
district and Kebayoran Lama district in South Jakarta for their
quick services given to building permit applicants. (07)
