City donates Rp 250m to Korpri
JAKARTA (JP): Governor Sutiyoso has decided to donate Rp 250 million (US$25,000) to the foundation belonging to the Civil Servant Corps (Korpri) working for the city administration.
Through a gubernatorial decree dated March 13, the fund, which was taken from the current City Budget, was aimed at supporting the foundation's activities.
Sutiyoso said the activities should boost the administration's programs, particularly in upholding good and clean government, the city administration's website Berita Jakarta.com reported on Monday.
The decree stipulates, however, that the donation could be reviewed in the future depending on the city's financial capability. (jun)
