Citibank Visa Card

I recently got poor service on my Citibank Visa Card Product. It started in August when I got my monthly statement from Citibank. I noted there were two expenses, Rp 824,000 and Rp 566,500, dated Aug. 28, 1996 in the name of Istana Elektronik Komunik (IEK). Realizing the statement was incorrect, I sent a letter to Citibank rejecting the two expenses because as I have never bought anything from that store.

To resolve the matter Citibank required several supporting documents and I was visited at my office by Citibank Agent PT Prima Multi Cipta (PT PMC) officials and a store representative. At the meeting it was revealed the signatures on the bills to approve the purchase were totally different to my signature and the store representative confirmed the person who bought the goods was not me.

On Oct. 28 PT PMC sent a courier to collect my Visa card. I released the card after a telephone conversation with PT PMC in which they promised to return the Visa card or replace it. They said it would not take more than four days. However, no card has been delivered. Neither Citibank nor PT PMC have given me any explanation.

I am worried about this matter and am afraid somebody might use my card. I believed Citibank, which claims "To serve the World" would have taken the necessary action to resolve this problem.
