Cificorp secures loans

JAKARTA (JP): Bank Umum Servitia and Bank Tamara have provided PT Citra International Finance and Investment Corporation (Cificorp) with a Rp 45 billion (US$18.9 million) syndicated revolving underwriting facility.

Servitia announced yesterday the term of the facility was three years with a put option at the end of two years.

Fifteen domestic banks participated in underwriting the syndication: Bank Bukopin, Bank Dharmala, Bank Nagari, Bank Prima Express, Bank Putra Multikarsa, Servitia, Tamara and Bank Uppindo. Tender panel members were Bank Arya Panduarta, Bank Aspac, Bank Global International, Bank Jaya, Bank Kesawan, Bank Merincorp and Bank Sewu.

Cificorp is affiliated with the Bimantara Group and plans to strengthen its capital structure through loans for consumer financing, leasing and factoring, Servitia said. (icn)
