Choose your lingerie well

Here are a few tips from Nico Genze on how to choose the most suitable lingerie and how to care of it: According to research, most women wear the incorrect bra size, which can be very harmful. Choose the correct size, ensuring that the bra is comfortable; you shouldn't "feel" the bra. There are different kinds of lingerie. It can be for supporting, daily use and other uses. As there are rules in fashion, there are rules in lingerie as well. When you wear a tight skirt, wear a G-string to avoid "panty-line". Corsets are also a must-have for tight dress. Of course there are trends. But when it comes to fashion, buy what you like and be true to your style. As for material, pure cotton is a very good choice for a tropical climate. As there are many different types of cotton, choose microfibers. Lycra is also good, but polyester is not. Padding is not good choice. It's made from foam which is unhealthy, and is an ideal environment for bacteria to flourish when you're hot and sweaty. It's also difficult to clean. But if you insist on getting a little extra lift, choose padding that can be removed and washed separately. Underwire is optional. It's good for support although, from a health perspective, it is wise not to wear it. If you like sports bras, it's OK to use one every day as long as it's not too tight. Handwashing is the best method for lingerie. If you want to wash by washing machine, place the lingerie in a small cloth bag first. Lingerie should not be dried in the sun, as it may ruin the material (and probably scare the neighbors).
