CBN Internet, unprofessional

On Thursday Feb. 24, I decided to move my web page server to CBN from Indonet. In a meeting with Mr. Dede from CBN that day I asked what I needed to do for that purpose, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Satisfied with his answers we signed a contract to put the transfer in effect for that very day.

I provided Mr. Dede with the contact numbers and names of the people currently looking after my site. I sent an email to my previous server to point their site to CBN, as instructed, and paid the agreed upon fees to CBN.

After one week (Thursday March 2) no transfer had taken place, and hence my website is out of service. I have paid four visits to the CBN office this week to try and resolve the problem. I also made several telephone calls to a general manager by the name of Mr. Herry.

During the week I received many promises that the problem was being solved within the next few hours, but nothing happened. I was also informed that the fee I had to pay was double of what we had agreed upon in the contract with Mr. Dede.

At this point it is clear that the CBN people are incompetent and completely lack any sense of responsibility toward clients, to whom they lie to consistently.

Hopefully the upper management does not share this attitude, so they can fix their employee problem.

So far the only thing CBN has done perfectly and without hesitation is to take my money.
