Cathay offers free night

JAKARTA (JP): Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific has announced a new
promotion drive offering passengers a free night in leading
hotels when they stopover in Hong Kong.

The company said here yesterday that passengers would be given
a free night of accommodation in Hong Kong when they fly back
from long destinations such as Europe or North American through
Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific.

The incentive, according to the company's statement, will be
available for first, business and economy class passengers on
round trips from either Jakarta, Surabaya or Denpasar to Europe
or North America from April 1 to June 15 this year.

"Passengers may make their reservations from March 15 through
Cathay Pacific or travel agencies in Indonesia," the statement
said.

The statement said that the airline would offer competitive
prices, including US$599 to Frankfurt and $689 to North America,
for round trip tickets, with a night's free hotel accommodation
in Hong Kong on the return journey.

Passengers will also be offered a discounted rate for
subsequent nights, the statement said. (aly)
