Catcha launches SMS service

JAKARTA (JP): Catcha.co.id, one of several localized search
engine portals, launched on Monday its first free Short
Signaling (SMS) service via the Internet.

The company said the service enables visitors to the portal
to send SMS messages to their friends and family, who will
receive them on their mobile phones.

SMS messages can be received by users of Telkomsel, Satelindo
and Exelcomindo digital mobile networks, it said in a statement.
