NOBLE MESSAGE: Willem Alexander, the Crown Prince of the
Netherlands, delivers his speech at the multi-stakeholders dialog
meeting, involving representatives of governments and nine major
groups of sustainable development stakeholders. In his speech on
Wednesday, the Prince urged all delegates at the meeting in Nusa
Dua, Bali, to put water issues at the top of the agenda for the
World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg later in
August and September.
