Callaway reveals new golf iron

Indonesian golfers have another option of irons, with the launching of the Steelhead X-16 at the PGA Driving Range Cafe here on Wednesday.

Andrew Loh, a representative of U.S.-based Callaway Golf Company, said at the launch that the iron utilized a "notch" weighting design that helped golfers maximize their skills.

Loh was optimistic that the new Steelhead X-16 irons would be a big hit in Indonesia.

Attendees at the promotion launch were given the opportunity to try the iron guided by Malaysian pro golfer Nellan Vellasamy. Demo courses will run for two days until Thursday. JP
