Buses and students

From Rakyat Merdeka

We are students at SLTPN 21 high school in North Jakarta and
we are often ignored by public transportation vehicles passing
along Jl. Bakti to Jl. Bandengan Utara. This happens almost daily
and of course we get punished when we are late for school. We
cannot rely on our parents to take us to school because they have
to work.

Metromini No. 84 says it cannot stop because it has to get on
the toll road, while Metromini No. 30 does not want to stop
either.

So what is the use of public transportation if students cannot
use it? We ask for the help of the Metromini management in
resolving this problem.
