Bus driver scolded by his boss

Don't tell on your boss in front of his boss because you're sure to lose.

A non-air conditioned bus driver learned this yesterday when he tried his luck with Minister of Transportation Haryanto Dhanutirto during a launching ceremony of luxury buses for delegates of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

"We feel discriminated against (by superiors)... Our uniforms are like a cleaning service's. Why can't we wear ties like the air-conditioned bus drivers?" asked a lowly driver who drew up enough courage to talk to the Minister.

Haryanto immediately called on the driver's boss, who seemed embarrassed and at a loss for words because the demands came so unexpectedly.

After a split second, the boss, witnessed by his boss the Minister, scolded the driver instead of ensuring better treatment

"Do as you are ordered... What you wear is a decision made by your superiors," the boss snapped, leaving the driver defeated. (pwn)
