Building material book to be issued

A guidebook on building construction materials and related equipment and services is currently being prepared for its launching early next year.

The 400-page Color Pages Indonesia (Guide to Building Material & Equipment) is mainly aimed at providing comprehensive and technical information, Chris Prajogo, president of PT Colorindo Pagetama Indonesia, the publisher, said here yesterday.

The book will detail producers, distributors, agents and importers of a wide range of products related to building construction.

"We hope that it will be helpful for consumers, property developers and consultants, construction material producers, importers and distributors," Chris said.

The book will be classified into 14 groups, including building structures, wall finishing, ceiling finishing, roof finishing, floor finishing, doors, windows and glasses and related services. (bsr)
