Two men steal student's motor bike

BEKASI: Two men on a motorcycle stole a motorcycle belonging to Haryo, 15, while on Jl. Raya Kranji, West Bekasi, late on Saturday.

The victim said the unidentified men stopped him by telling him that one of his fellow students had had an accident and was hospitalized at Bekasi general hospital.

Haryo refused to stop, but one man threatened him with a sharp weapon.

As he stopped, the man took away his Honda Kharisma bearing registration number B 7375 GQ.

The minimum age for a motorbike license in the country is 16. It is not clear whether Haryo had already obtained a license as he was underage.

Bekasi Police are now handling the investigation. -- Antara
