Brotherly love

NURBURGRING: Ralf Schumacher believes he does not need to apologize to his brother Michael, even though he may have cost him the world championship in a first corner accident at the Luxembourg Grand Prix in Germany last Sunday.

"It's doubly bitter for him," said Ralf on Tuesday, "but he doesn't blame me. It was just one of those things."

The crash led to the retirement of Michael, who now trails Jacques Villeneuve by nine points with two races remaining. There are 10 points awarded for a win.
