British rider promotes Sulawesi

JAKARTA (JP): Andy Barski, a British writer for Indonesia Welcomes You magazine, is to begin his 19-day journey to Sulawesi tomorrow on his Lucky Strike Suzuki RGV 250 motorcycle.

The journey will be flagged off tomorrow at Sentul, West Java, and will cover 2,500 kilometers from Jakarta to Manado.

The rider, who has lived in Indonesia for 10 years, said that he hopes to introduce the beauty of Sulawesi to his readers, especially since the Trans-Sulawesi Highway was opened.
