British Embassy flies Welsh flag

INDONESIA: The British Embassy in Jakarta celebrated the national day of Wales, St. David's Day, on Monday. The Welsh flag was raised to mark the occasion, the embassy said in a statement sent to the Jakarta Post on Tuesday.

Across the globe, the Red Dragon was flown in honor of the Welsh and their patron saint.

Wales is part of the United Kingdom (UK) but it has devolved powers and its own national assembly. -- JP
