Bomb threat at Soekarno-Hatta

TANGERANG: Soekarno-Hatta International Airport received a
bomb threat on Tuesday night.

"I have put a bomb in Terminal II," the man, who identified
himself as Abdullah, told an airport telephone operator at about
11:30 p.m.

The caller said he was ordered by three men from Aceh to place
the bomb in the terminal.

Members of the police bomb squad were called in to search the
area. All they found was a used battery in the terminal's parking
lot, and concluded the call was a hoax. -- JP
