Bojonegoro police to question councillors

BOJONEGORO, East Java: The Bojonegoro Police said they would
question 45 legislators about markups in a new Rp 2.3 billion bus
terminal.

"We expect to finish the investigation this week," Bojonegoro
Police chief of detectives Adj. Comr. Ma'mun said.

Of the 45 legislators, eight will be questioned as suspects
and the other 37 as witnesses, he said.

The police launched their investigation into the alleged graft
after obtaining a report from the United Bojonegoro Society
Forum, a non-governmental organization. -- Antara
