Bogor, N. Holland sign water deal

BOGOR (JP): The local water company here has signed an agreement with its North Holland counterpart NV PWN to expand the tap water network to accommodate 5,000 new subscribers in the regency.

Bogor Regent Agus Utara Effendi said the deal was part of a cooperation arrangement between the two companies to improve services for consumers here.

He said the cooperation between the two firms, covering both technical and administrative fields, had been in place for over 10 years.

The two are now working together to curb water leakage, according to Agus. (21)
