Bobby Parks to teach basketball

JAKARTA (JP): Former NBA Atlanta Hawk player Bobby Parks will
lead a brief course on basketball skills during the 1999 A Mild
Basket Camp, along with top club Aspac.

The organizer from PT Bolamas Internusa, Andi Affandi, said on
Friday that the event would be staged at the Tri Lomba Juang
stadium in Bandung from Oct. 21 to Oct. 23 and in Bulungan
stadium in South Jakarta from Oct. 25 to Oct. 27 starting at 7.00
a.m.

He was quoted by Antara as saying that Parks would be assisted
by officials from Aspac club. He is scheduled to introduce new
programs on basic basketball techniques like dribbling, passing,
defense and concentration.

Those who are interested can register at the secretariat of PT
Bolamas Internusa/ Aspac basketball club at Sabang Metropolitan
Hotel on Jl. Agus Salim No. 11, Central Jakarta. (ivy)
