Nuwa Wea denies having met Taiwanese minister: Manpower and
Transmigration Minister Jacob Nuwa Wea denied on Friday he had
met and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the
Taiwanese Commission for Labor Affairs minister as earlier
claimed by the Taiwanese government. "We cannot sign any MOU with
Taiwan because Indonesia has no diplomatic relations with Taiwan
and adheres to the one-China principle," Nuwa Wea said. He said
he knew the Taiwanese minister was visiting Indonesia but had not
