BNI shares priced at Rp 850

JAKARTA (JP): The state-owed Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 yesterday announced that its shares will be offered to the public at Rp 850 (36 U.S. cents) each next month.

The banks said in a statement here that it will offer 1.08 million of its shares to the public and that they will be listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges on Nov. 25.

"The date for the initial public offering of the shares has yet to be determined by the Capital Market Supervisory Agency," the statement said. (riz)
