Blazer AC compressor

This is in reference to Mr. Dasrial's (Auto Graha's Klp Gading Mechanic) report confirming that the cause of our air- conditioning problem was due to irreparable leakage of the compressor, the replacement of which cost me Rp 2.8 million plus- plus.

I had no other option but to replace the unit, which cost me unnecessary financial damage. This would never have happened if OPEL respected the vast number of people using its vehicles by providing an adequate amount of parts, including the essential AC compressor. I have field evidence that the compressors of different AC brands have replacement parts and can be repaired without trouble. Why not OPEL?

I hope OPEL remains fully responsible for providing its customers with essential spare parts, such as air-conditioning equipment. If your compressor lasts only for two or three years, your product is below standard and needs improvement. Being launched less than five years ago, you need five more years before you can claim your engineering and technical superiority is unchallenged.
