Biography of Gobel launched

The Gobel Management Group and Rachmat Gobel, director of PT National Gobel electronic company, will launch a biography on the founder of the group, Thayeb Mohammad Gobel, on Monday evening.

The event, in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Gobel's death, will take place at the Jakarta Hilton International Convention Center, Central Jakarta.

Gobel, who hailed from Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, was a prominent businessmen and politician. His business developed into a joint venture with the Japanese Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Ltd.
