Bina Nusantara responds

We welcome Mr. Tolani's input about our MMSI (Magister Manajemen Sistem Informasi) program. He is one of our 17th batch of students enrolled in the "Pre MM" term, which is a matriculation to prepare students for the actual Masters program. His admission was conditional because his undergraduate degree in Aviation Technology, was not in the mainstream of the program. Moreover, his undergraduate certificate was not accredited by the Indonesian Government.

As an ISO-9001 certified organization, our procedures are quite clear and accessible to students and staff. The MMSI Program is accredited as Unggul (Excellent) by the National Accreditation Board (BAN). We also work very closely with publishers for textbook supply, Information Technology companies for IT and Internet services, and international institutions for program quality improvement.

Mr. Tolani showed a high level of enthusiasm in his studies here, and was very critical of operational issues as indicated in his letter. However, we regret that his high demands of the school are not balanced by an acceptable academic performance. We encourage him to improve his grades if he really wants to succeed in this program and wish him well.
