BII's mutual funds on the net

JAKARTA (JP): BII Lend Lease Investment and its affiliate,
Sinar Mas Multiartha, jointly launched on Monday a website called
Danamas.com to sell mutual funds to the public.

BII Lend Lease Investama president Indra Novan Ginting said
that the on-line sales of mutual funds was the first service of
its kind available in the country.

He said the website will give more opportunity to investors
living outside Jakarta to buy all types of mutual funds faster
and easier.

BII Lend Lease Investment, a joint venture between Bank
International Indonesia and Australian Lend Lease Group,
currently manages about Rp 198 billion of mutual funds. (cst)
