BII issues mutual funds

JAKARTA (JP): BII Lend Lease Investment Services announced
yesterday it would issue its first two local mutual funds
tomorrow.

The company expects to raise Rp 1.5 trillion (US$63 billion)
from the funds, Super Saham and Superpundi Plus.

Super Saham will be a diversified fund emphasizing equity
investments, while Superpundi Plus will primarily invest in fixed
interest investments.

The two funds were established under a collective investment
contract in cooperation with an independent custodian, Deutsche
Bank.

BII Lend Lease is a joint venture of Bank Internasional
Indonesia and Lend Lease Corporation Limited of Australia. (04)
