It takes a smart brain to concoct a movie about zero intelligence and make it fun. Let someone stupid make a movie about the stupid, and the result looks is this sorry excuse for a movie.

This prequel to the Farrelly Brothers' hit is painfully unfunny, with Olsen doing a pathetic imitation of Jim Carrey.

Harry and Lloyd meet each other for the first time in high school. While the characters we know from the first movie are unique, here they are simply dim-witted.

Levy is a villainous high school principal who is collaborating with his girlfriend, the school cook, to rip off a grant for special-needs kids. They recruit Harry and Lloyd.

Gone is the charm and the sweetness of the two characters. This is simply a tasteless mess which should be avoided by fans of the original movie, and everyone else. Zero Stars.
