Bekasi allocates Rp 22b for school renovation

BEKASI: Bekasi municipality administration will allocate some
Rp 22 billion (US$2.42 million) from its 2005/2006 annual budget
for infrastructure.

The allocated budget will be used mainly to renovate school
buildings and road repair, said Mayor Akhmad Zurfaih on Friday.

The allocation was slightly smaller than this year's budget of
Rp 23 billion which most of it had been used to renovate school
buildings in the municipality. -- Antara
