BCA's ATM at Wisma Indocement

Bank Central Asia's (BCA) automatic teller machine (ATM)
located at Wisma Indocement on Jl. Sudirman has been down for
days and nothing has been done about it.

My office is on the 11th floor of the building and it's very
convenient for me to withdraw money and pay different kinds of
bills through the ATM. Now that it is broken I have to find other
ATMs in the surrounding area, which is a waste of time.

Is it possible that BCA thinks they have so many ATMs that one
broken ATM can wait to be fixed, with no sense of urgency needed.
Anyway, no other bank has as many ATMs as BCA, nor do the ATMs of
any other bank offer the number of facilities as BCA's ATMs.
Customers can and will have to wait for the broken ATM to be
fixed.
