BCA clarifies
With reference to Mr. M. Schwyn's complaint published in The Jakarta Post on Sept. 2 regarding a cash advance using a credit card, we apologize for the inconvenience Mr. Schwyn experienced. Allow us to explain that in the case of Mr. Schwyn's cash advance in Bali and Lombok there was a telecommunications/transaction authorization charge of a maximum of Rp 20,000.
Regarding the receipt requested, we wish to explain again that it is the policy of BCA not to include the fee in the cash advance invoice. Also, a transaction will not be conducted until agreement has been obtain from the card holder.
We realize that every complaint may be used to evaluate and improve the quality of our services.
