We would like to thank Mr. I. Ingram for his input of Nov. 16,
1996, regarding a BCA ATM.

We apologize that we could not respond more favorably to his
complaint. Our computerized records show that on Aug. 20, 1996,
two withdrawals were made at the BCA ATM located at the World
Trade Center Jakarta. At 20:01.18 and at 20:03.06 consecutively,
each amounting to Rp 500,000. Both transactions were considered
normal and successful as the ATM card and the PIN were correct
and the money did come out of the machine for each transaction.

Considering the time difference, it is quite probable that for
the second transaction, Mr. Ingram had already left when the
money came out of the machine.

We would, therefore, remind all BCA ATM cardholders not to
leave the machine before the whole transaction procedure is
