Bank Pelita's new leaders
JAKARTA (JP): Bank Pelita announced yesterday its new board of commissioners led by senior economist Sumitro Djojohadikusomo, whose family bought the bank last year.
Hashim Djojohadikusomo, Sumitro's son, will become vice chairman of the supervisory board, on which Siswanto Sudomo, Lo Kiem Tjing and Okie Rehardi Lukita are also members.
Agus Anwar becomes president of the bank's executive board, which includes Alfred Franciscus, Maria Nila Puspa Sidarta and Mansur Jatim as directors.
The Djojohadikusumos took over Bank Pelita from businessman Bud Puntaran in February last year as one of several acquisitions made by the family in the banking industry last year.
Bank Pelita, which at present has a paid-up capital of Rp 60 billion, is 60 percent owned by Djojohadikusumo, 30 percent by his son Hashim and another 10 percent by Lukita. (hen)
